باب أفنية الدور والجلوس فيها والجلوس على الصعدات وقالت عائشة فابتنى أبو بكر مسجدا بفناء داره يصلي فيه ويقرأ القرآن فيتقصف عليه نساء المشركين وأبناؤهم يعجبون منه والنبي ﷺ يومئذ بمكة

[ 2333 ] حدثنا معاذ بن فضالة حدثنا أبو عمر حفص بن ميسرة عن زيد بن أسلم عن عطاء بن يسار عن أبي سعيد الخدري رضى الله تعالى عنه عن النبي ﷺ قال : إياكم والجلوس على الطرقات فقالوا ما لنا بد إنما هي مجالسنا نتحدث فيها قال : فإذا أبيتم إلا المجالس فأعطوا الطريق حقها قالوا وما حق الطريق قال غض البصر وكف الأذى ورد السلام وأمر بالمعروف ونهي عن المنكر
[2333] Moaz bin Fadalah told us, Abu Omar Hafs bin Maysara told us, on the authority of Zaid bin Aslam, On the authority of Ata bin Yasar, on the authority of Abu Saeed Al-Khudri, may God Almighty be pleased with him, on the authority of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, who said, beware of sitting on the streets, and they said, “We have no choice but to talk about our gatherings.” He said: So if you refuse except for councils, then give the road its right, They said, "What is the right of the road?" He said, "Lowering your gaze and refraining from causing harm, Peace was received and enjoining good and forbidding evil.
